Attendance is rapid, ensuring that, in the event of your company’s representative not being on-hand to travel, Global Supercargoes can be on site to assist the Master and keep the company closely advised throughout the process. We will assist the Master to mitigate his position while also arranging remedial and corrective action, together with investigation and recording.
All this is preceding the company representative’s arrival on site.
